  I headed down there tonight quite late in the evening asking for Milk for the kids breakfast in the morning, at first the milk that my housemate asked for needed too be swapped so i asked politely for another brand and i was met by 'Kate' who was RUDE and we were clearly an inconvenience for her, she made very clear by sighing in an "its all too hard" manner! As if she was swamped and we were clearly a hinderance and was annoyed about having to serve me. CUSTOMER SERVICE = POOR! Regular customer LOST!

  I sat in car for a second to get my card to pay for the fuel I just put in my tank and one of the lady's in the shop yells out on the loud speaker in a very accusatory tone "pump #, are you going to pay for your fuel?" I was in my daggy house clothes so I suppose she just made a judgment on what type of person I was. It was quite embarrassing as everyone looked at me like I was stealing something. My guess is it wouldnt have happened if I had been wearing my suit as they seem to treat me quite well in those clothes.

  The room to move around here is enormous! Also being on the slight outskirts of inner Mandurah and in the suburbs makes it less "busy" then its counterparts.

  24 hr petrol station and shop next to maccas. Always clean.

  I love caltex, I ride a bike and the pay at pump is fantastic in every station I've been too, except my local one... This one. It's bloody awful. Never gives out receipts after filling. I've not had a receipt from pump in last 5 fills and that's at 4 different pumps. I always try to use Melville or Cockburn now.

  I go in to collect my receipt here and refuse to remove helmet. Excuses , it's jammed, it run out of paper and we only know when people tell us (yeah right), it's broken and I've reported it.... Put a bloody sign on it that it does not giv receipts then mole and I'll use a different pump.....
