    (finally) called back to say the guys was off sick, they will call me. 1 week later i called them only to be told they lost the spare part and had to reorder...more waiting....and then i called again to be told a date for call out...guess what-no one showed up ! so i call again...the waiting continues....i have paid a down-payment so am stuck with this crap company and their crap service. Client BEWARE !

    We purchased a Belling stove and unfortunately the oven door doesn't close properly. DACAPS or CRAPS as they should be known are the repairers for Belling. First person fitted a frame inside the door, this should keep it level and help it shut better, it didn't and it wasn't until I went to use that night that the door just sits there, it doesn't latch. Next we got a supervisor, and after messing around with it and demonstrating to me that it does shut, I explained that it is supposed to grip not just sit there. He said I will go and order a new door. This was on a Monday, we rang up the following Monday and asked when we could expect the door, we were told that it was still on order. We rang on the Thursday and found out that the suppliers over East haven't received the order, but DACRAP insist that they did. Who would you believe? We were going to get them to put in our range hood, HA not bloody likely. We paid $4500 for this stove, I now will let Belling know how I feel

    This has to be the worst company i have dealt with. Pleasant phone-speaking office staff do not equal good nor timely service. I waited 5-6 weeks for them to get their act together to replace a small electric part in my range hood. Not only did they expect me to stay home (only to not turn up) several times, but when one of them did show up (in the afternoon, not morning as advised) he didnt have the right tools for the job!! and thats not all....it was up to me to call them back to ask when will they return only to be

    Thanks for attending our office last week to sort out the issue in the kitchen . The technician was on-time as scheduled and he fixed the problem the first time , Our team is now happy again
